IF You Indoor Cycling Academy

We will start with fundamental skills such as proper posture, pedaling techniques, endurance, and coordination. Teens will learn to love cycling through fun and interactive activities that emphasize the joy of riding. We will provide step-by-step tutorials and easy-to-follow drills to help young cyclists develop their technique and coordination.

Registration and Participation
* Registration must be completed by the parents or guardians of the teens.
* Parents or guardians are required to accompany the teens on the first day of the program.
* The program is completely free of charge.

Classes will start on July, 17th. Every Wednesday from 6PM to 7PM.
