IF You Tennis Academy

We begin with the fundamentals — grip, strokes, footwork, and ball control. Kids learn to love the game through fun and engaging activities that highlight the joy of playing tennis. Our experienced coach, Rodrigo Paixão, provides step-by-step guidance and easy-to-follow drills to help young athletes improve their technique, coordination, and confidence on the court. We also introduce them to the rules of the game, focusing on sportsmanship, discipline, and teamwork. In addition to on-court training, children have access to mental health workshops and physical fitness sessions led by our experienced exercise physiologist, supporting their development both physically and emotionally.
