IF You Volley Academy

We begin with the fundamentals — serving, passing, setting, spiking, blocking, and court awareness. Kids learn to love volleyball through fun and engaging activities that highlight the joy of playing the sport.

Our experienced coach, Zé Marco de Melo, Olympic medalist and member of the Volleyball Hall of Fame, provides step-by-step guidance and easy-to-follow drills to help players improve their technique, coordination, and confidence on the court. We also introduce them to the rules of the game, with an emphasis on sportsmanship, discipline, and teamwork.

In addition to on-court training, children have access to mental health workshops and physical fitness sessions led by our certified exercise physiologist, promoting overall growth both physically and emotionally.
